Who Byre is

Byre Canada is a property services company based in London, Ontario, operating as part of Pryce and Company Corporation. Work is organised into four divisions so one company can cover a property end to end instead of a homeowner coordinating four separate trades.

The four divisions

• Byre Construction. Byre Construction handles structural builds, renovations, concrete, exterior carpentry, and coordinated general contracting for residential and commercial properties.
• Byre Landscaping. Byre Landscaping creates functional outdoor spaces through design, lawn care, planting, hardscaping, patios, walkways, grading, and drainage work.
• Byre Property Solutions. Byre Property Solutions keeps residential and commercial properties maintained, protected, clean, and ready for regular use throughout the year.
• Byre Development. Byre Development organizes larger property opportunities through planning, site preparation, consultant coordination, approvals, and project management.

How Byre operates

Every accepted project gets a free on site estimate, a written scope stating what is included and excluded, a schedule, and one point of contact through to completion. Where a project involves regulated trades, Byre coordinates licensed contractors and stays accountable for the result.

Experience

Byre brings 15 years of trade experience to its projects. The company itself is newer, and that distinction matters, so it is stated plainly rather than blurred.
