Byre demolished the existing deck and built a new 582 square foot, two-storey pressure-treated wood deck with black coated aluminum railings.

The existing deck needed to be removed and replaced with a larger, code-compliant two-storey outdoor structure that improved access and usable outdoor space.

The project required a coordinated design, engineer-prepared blueprints, permit approval, accurate structural work, and final inspection within a compact construction schedule.
Work completed
The old deck was demolished and removed. Byre produced 3D project renderings, coordinated engineer-prepared blueprints, completed the permit process, and built approximately 582 square feet of pressure-treated wood decking with black coated aluminum guardrails. The completed work passed final inspection.
